DAWIE BEZUIDENHOUT
DIRECTOR | ATTORNEY
LLB (Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University)
ABOUT
Dawie’s legal career started through graduating with an LLB Law Degree from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2010.
After serving as a Dive officer on a tall ship in the merchant navy in Europe and South East Asia, he returned to South Africa to pursue his career in law.
He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa, on the 28th of June 2012 and proceeded to practice as such, holding the right of appearance in the District and Regional Magistrates Court, the High Court of South Africa, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court.
As such, he has obtained over 12 years experience as an admitted attorney and has specialised experience in Civil Litigation and Divorce Law.
Common practice would be to send a divorce summons upfront resulting in a “knee-jerk” reaction from the receiving spouse to oppose it. Automatically the matter is opposed, leading to an acrimonious and contested and drawn-out divorce. Dawie believes there is a better way to approach it.
Instead, he explores the possibility of finding a settlement agreement BEFORE initiating divorce, resulting in a faster, cost effective, unopposed divorce in most cases.
He is married and enjoys exploring the hidden gems of the Garden Route by motorcycle and paraglider.

NOTE
Let us start off by first considering what an attorney should be to their clients. Certainly, an attorney should be considered trustworthy and have competent knowledge of the law in order to advise their clients but what would set one attorney apart from another? There are just so many with each flaunting their own niche.

In that we are our own worst critic when it comes to delivering a service, it remains extremely important to us that your interest in a matter is looked after as if it was our own personal matter.

It thus suffices to say that you don’t just become a number on our “system”, rather we actually intend building a relationship with you and thus walk the path of your legal matter with you instead of just being a part thereof.
In doing so, we believe that the service we provide is a personal one and where our aim in future is to incorporate and grow with technology thereby providing an even closer relationship with our clients.

On behalf of our team, I’d like to thank you for visiting our page and hope that we can build a relationship with you in the future.

Yours Faithfully,
Dawie Bezuidenhout
